Mr. France has extensive experience in financial forecasting and modeling, as well as advised a number of Fortune 500 companies, such as Standard & Poor’s, Fannie Mae, Federal Home Loan, and KBC Bank NV, on matters of accounting and corporate and market valuations. Mr. France has also provided research and analyses in evaluating domestic and international mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring, hostile takeovers, leverage buyouts and other high profile matters coming to a shareholder vote. Companies evaluated in such analyses include Biomet, Inc., Chicago Board Options Exchange (CBOE), Chicago Mercantile Exchange (CME), Lear Corp., and Motorola, Inc. Prior to joining Adroit Capital, Mr. France was a portfolio manager for Evergreen Investment, formally a subsidiary of Wachovia Capital Markets, managing $1 billion in institutional assets.
